We're taking it back to the basics of human physical development. Unlearning and relearning, exploring each layer of the body at a time in order to have an understanding of our own Biomechanics.
First we're going to learn about our bodies and understanding the vehicle; what it is and how it should behave in harmony with its nature. From there we will learn how to move our bodies through driving the vehicle in ways that coexist with our health and our long term well being. By strengthening the vehicle, from the foundation to the mechanics we reconnect with our primal nature. All this, while practicing in a safe and sustainable environment for building our physical foundation.
