LADIES ONLY CLASSES

We offer ladies only classes in a fully-equipped private space.

 

Calisthenics is a form of bodyweight strength training, in which moves are used in resistance of gravity in order to increase strength, fitness and flexibility. These exercises are often performed rhythmically through movements such as Pushing and Pulling, and will cover the full body, from Upper body training to working the Core and Legs. Here, we focus on our body's natural strength and tap into its power.
